Rre Elijah Litheko is a seasoned HR and Business Executive who has a deep understanding of and extensive experience in the fields of HR and strategic business leadership. He has led and managed teams to deliver a full range of HR interventions, including strategic initiatives. He is recognised as a credible change champion with high levels of stakeholder management and project management skills that contribute to building mutually beneficial and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Rre Litheko’s career traversed different sectors: local government, mining, forestry (commercial and state-owned), professional services and higher education. He spent most of his career in the forestry industry as head of HR for both a commercial forestry company and a state-owned company, culminating in his appointment as Chief Executive Officer for the Institute of People Management – an assignment which lasted 11 years.

He is currently still supporting IPM on an ad-hoc basis and serving on two church committees as chairman.
